A dark shadowy figure moved swiftly through the raining, night, sky. His white paws were dirty from all of the mud he has stepped in, and the wind was so strong, it was hard to run forward with all of the force coming at his face. Aikan ran and ran until he stopped with his eyes squinted, making sure that was actually a shed. He quickly ran inside, and hid under an old table that looked like it could break any moment. Aikan shivered from head to tail, and curled up on the ground. He wasn't used to this weather, he was used to all of the other seasons. Fall, is his least favorite. Aikan liked snow, he like hot weather, he liked light rain and blooming flowers, but not fall. Pfft, fall, you're like the rip-off of winter, Aikan thought to himself as he yawned and shivered once more. Everything about him was now dirty; his black fur, wet and dirty with leaf bits in it, his white paws, with mud all over them.
The wet, tired, body closed his eyes and thought to himself, I need to clean myself in the lake once the weather gets better. How is it even like this out here? There must be a storm by the lake, or something. The worst thing today, though, is that I can't see stars, or watch the beautiful thunder storm! Aikan jumped and bumped his head on the table as a loud, booming thunder was heard, and lightning followed as soon as the thunder ended. Aikan curled back under the table, with his head throbbing in pain. At least the sounds of his own thoughts could sooth him, he wondered.
They didn't.
