he pulled back his ears and bared his teeth "so that's how you wanna play?" he barked as he pushed back on his haunches and leaped forward kicking dirt behind him as he sprinted forward catching up with her with every passing moment Don't get over your head he thought to himself as he was at her heels, glancing sideways he saw a tree and he suddenly had an idea. he slightly fanned to the left and ran faster and leaped toward the tree bounced off it and landed in front off her than howled triumphantly still running and gaining speed as he pushed himself harder.

Kailani let her tonge roll out as she slowed a bit as Alaric flew over her she stoped cold but only for a moment she fanne right into the bushes and sprinted ahead so he couldent see her and poped out right beside him she barked in exitment.

"Oh yea" he shouted in front of him we'll see about that he thought to himself as he slowed down a bit before barking in rage and jolting forward at full speed as if his life depended on it but in this case it was just his pride that he must protect no way was he going to let his Beta beat him at his own game

Kailni bolted after him,she loved out doing others esecially at there own game.After a bit kai realized she was going to fast but it was to late.With in seconds she was on the ground she felt a sharp pain in her paw.She barked after Alaric,a distressed pitiful kind of bark,one that made you stomoch fli-flop,The kind that let you know someone was in trouble.

Alaric barely heard her cry since was going so fast but he immediately stopped and whipped around to find the young she-wolf laying on the ground after that yelp he knew she was probably in serious pain and he started to feel guilt as he raced over to her side and sat down I never meant to push her so hard, arghh this is all my fault "Kai! are you alright? tell me, where does it hurt" he asked as he panicked. What was he to do he didn't know the first thing about healing, but he would have to either carry her on his back or help her back to the den site what have I done... he bowed his head in shame

"Ill.ah.bee f-fine"she stammered"I think its just a sprain"she added she saw as he bowed down his head "Hey,its not your fault,if anybodys its mine i sholdent have been going so fast"She said her voice qvivering a little bit."Help me up and well walk back to gethr"she said"ive watched healers alot before,i remember some plants they used to calm pain".

He just simply nodded as he was still mad at himself for letting this happen, but he helped her up as he gently bit down on her scruff and lifted her up off the ground so that she could stand on her feet he then started shouldering her back to the Den site

As Kailani limped back to the den site she layed on a patch of soft grass"If you want to help i know of a few herbs and plants you could get for me"she offered hopefully.how can i make him seee its not his fault she thought to herself.

"And what are they" he asked as he started to slowly regain his strength and trying not to blame himself to much anymore because he could tell from the look in her eyes that she obviously didn't want him to blame this entire thing on himself.
